What was your most important professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022?

In a world where non-profits are having a difficult time finding the financial resources needed to support their missions, we have been able to successfully meet the required criteria to help convert a handful of non-profit entities to for-profits. As a result, those entities now have access to funding and can provide more services that support their missions. Difficult times call for thinking outside the box; in this case, it has helped generate more than $10 million in funding.
