What are your goals for the future?

As a successful, rising female architect, I do not want to be an anomaly. My hope for the future is to be a positive influence within the architectural profession, striving for gender equality where the advancement of talented women in the industry is the standard, not the exception. Through holding a leadership position with responsibility and accountability, I aim to inspire women in their early professional careers to regard any leadership role as something innately attainable by doing great work and actively pursuing opportunities. My goal is to emulate the work-life balance I seek as a working mother and to facilitate that wellness balance for others.
