Who or what inspired you to join the AEC industry? While working in Boston as an engineer, I witnessed the renovations of my firm’s office space unfold before me. Getting to know the superintendent throughout the renovation solidified my fascination with the construction aspect of the field, and I was hooked. I have worked on the construction side for over 20 years now. I joined JC&A 16 years ago as an assistant project manager, and over the years, I’ve climbed the ranks to become a project executive. 

The journey from witnessing the transformation of my firm’s office space to leading projects for renowned clients has been a testament to the inspiration found in every nail hammered and every drawing realized. Through this evolution, it’s clear that my initial encounter with that superintendent sparked a lifelong passion for the AEC industry, shaping not only my career but also my dedication to excellence in construction management.
