What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? As builders, we have an opportunity to be a part of something much bigger than ourselves that will make lasting impacts on our communities. Each project presents new opportunities and challenges to learn from and requires a whole team of dedicated people to achieve success and deliver a great product for your client. That’s what drives me. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my mentors, colleagues, and, of course, my family – they are my biggest advocates and support system. I am constantly inspired by my colleagues and mentors who want to teach and learn. It makes me excited to go to work each day. I look forward to mentoring others and giving back to the industry that has given me so much already.

What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? Recently, our team successfully completed the Rentschler Biopharma Manufacturing Center (RBMC) project in Milford, honored with the ENR 2023 Best Project Award for Manufacturing. Spanning two and a half years, this project involved a ground-up building expansion and partial retrofit, doubling Rentschler’s commercial cGMP manufacturing capacity. Situated adjacent to an operational facility, it required extensive coordination and safety measures. I’m proud to have contributed to such a transformative project with an exceptional team. A recent notable personal achievement was receiving the 2022 BWiC Inspire Awards ‘Rising Star’ recognition alongside remarkable women in the industry.
