Sullivan Construction, Inc., was hired by Summit Land Development of Dover, to build a new 40,000 s/f corporate headquarters office building at Pease Tradeport for Sprague Energy Corp. The first class masonry and glass office building is now under construction and scheduled for occupancy in October.
Sullivan has also commenced renovations for the United States Air Force (USAF) in Bedford, for a 2,450 s/f office space. The renovated space will accommodate the USAF military recruiting group and will include a complete demolition of existing space and construction of new office and conference space on a fast-track schedule.
