Greene and Ardente of Compass sell 99 Forsdyke St. in Providence sells for $1.695 million

Providence, RI Compass brokered the sale of 99 Fosdyke St. for $1.695 million. Kira Greene, founding agent of Compass Providence, represented thesellers and Lisa Ardente out of the Compass Providence office, represented the buyers in this transaction. According to RI Statewide MLS, Compass has participated in 11 of the top 20 sales on the East Side of Providence, YTD.
