Joseph Accetta of Accetta & Associates and Brenda Marchwicki of BisMarc Properties recently leased an 1,800 s/f office suite at 2000 Chapel View Blvd. Chapel View is a new development of the Carpionato Corp. located at the intersection of Reservoir Ave. and Sockanosset Crossroads and consists of offices, retail, restaurants, and luxury condominiums. Accetta and Marchwicki represented the lessee, Dr. Steven Fazzini, DMD, Inc. The lessor is Chapel Associates II, LLC.
