* 1700 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, has been sold for $1 million for Barrett Avenue Realty Trust to K Bros. This corner location on Douglas Ave. is a mixed-use property of retail, apartments, and a gas mart.
* 1334 Associates has leased 1334 Park Ave. in Cranston to Bowen Investment Corp. The former Tim Horton's Donut Shop has been refitted to become a Honey Dew Donuts. The ten-year-old 2,003 s/f building sits on a 21,283 s/f corner site.
* 624 Woonasquatucket Ave., North Providence, has been sold from the St. Lawrence Church Corporation of Centerdale to Pathfinder Corporation. The former 24,000 s/f elementary school and adjacent wood frame 1,696 s/f rectory will be utilized as an adult day care center. The sale price was $250,000.
* 110 Kenyon Ave., Pawtucket, has been sold for $275,000 by Richard Land, Esq., Receiver to Jonathan Savage. The 85,204 s/f industrial building is sited on a 25,500 s/f site.
* 1150 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, has been leased from Under One Roof, Inc. to Vassa Yoga Studio. The 2,400 s/f one level space has been extensively renovated for its new use.
* 49 North Union Street, Pawtucket sold for $175,000. This warehouse building contains 66,000 s/f on three floors. It is situated on a 14,000 s/f site in the downtown area of the city. The seller was Major Electric and the buyer was Nexus Corp.
* 70 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick has been sold for the Kirkpatrick Trust to Karen Bacon. The 1,500 s/f second floor office condominium sold for $175,000.
* 70 Greenville Ave., sold for $115,000. This was a 1,920 s/f garage on a 9,890 s/f site. The seller was Joseph Rendine. The buyer was Metro Surveillance.
* 158 Courtland St., Providence, has been sold for $110,000. This 1,637 s/f church building is on a 4,356 s/f site. It was sold for $110,000 to Seventh Day Advent Reform Movement.
