Acella Construction completes 4,800 s/f retail fit-out for Avenue

Acella Construction Corporation has recently completed the construction of a 4,800 s/f retail fit-out for Avenue, a women's clothing store, at the newly-built Mayfaire Center. Acella completed the fit-out on behalf of the landlord, Carpionato Properties, Inc., a Johnston, R.I.-based developer of retail, hotel and multifamily properties in New England. Mayfaire Center is located at the intersection of U.S. Rte. 1 and May St. Its anchor tenants include Super Stop & Shop, Pizzeria Uno and Modell's Sporting Goods. "We're pleased to have completed another retail project successfully for Carpionato Properties," said Saul Schrader, project manager at Acella. "We completed the project on time and to the complete satisfaction of our client and their tenant." Acella Construction Corporation, located in Norwell, is a construction services firm specializing in construction management, general contracting, design-build, pre-construction and program management services for a wide-range of markets.
