Acella Construction Corporation has recently completed the construction of a 4,800 s/f retail fit-out for Avenue, a women's clothing store, at the newly-built Mayfaire Center.
Acella completed the fit-out on behalf of the landlord, Carpionato Properties, Inc., a Johnston, R.I.-based developer of retail, hotel and multifamily properties in New England.
Mayfaire Center is located at the intersection of U.S. Rte. 1 and May St. Its anchor tenants include Super Stop & Shop, Pizzeria Uno and Modell's Sporting Goods.
