Acella Construction Corp. named to Boston Business Journal’s Employer Inclusivity List

Rockland, MA Acella Construction Corp. has ranked #14 on the Boston Business Journal’s (BBJ) 2026 Employer Inclusivity Index in the small and mid-sized category.

The index honors companies in the greater Boston area that lead the way in building more inclusive and equitable workplaces. It celebrates employers whose policies, cultural practices, and leadership nurture environments where people of all backgrounds can thrive.

Acella’s #14 placement on the prestigious list reflects its ongoing commitment to inclusive practices and a culture grounded in respect and support. This is the second consecutive year Acella has been included in the list.
