Marlboro, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC, sourced two off-market multi-family properties that had a combined sales price of $13.93 million. 

64-66 Maple Street - Marlboro, MA

The first property is located at 64-66 Maple St. and is a 12 unit property that sold for $3.2 million. 

The second property is located at 799 Farm Rd.,has 37 units and sold for $10.73 million.

Jake Mabardy, Aaron Huntley and Brad Canova of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Franklin Shopping Center.
