Albanese of Paramount Partners leases 55,000 s/f to Porter & Chester Institute at 5 Campanelli Circle

Porter & Chester Institute has opened its 8th campus at 5 Campanelli Circle. Porter & Chester Institute is a fully accredited career and technical institute, preparing students for needed occupations since 1946. The institute offers post-secondary programs in administrative health, medical and dental assisting, practical nursing, CAD design, automotive technology, computer and network technology, electronics technology, HVACR, and industrial/commercial/residential electrician. Current campus locations include five in Connecticut and three in Massachusetts. Vin Albanese, a principal at Paramount Partners, LLC, was retained as exclusive agent for the search assignment in Boston Metro-South, and is handling new site selections in other areas and campus expansion plans for existing locations. The landlord, CPG Campanelli LLC, was represented by John A. Carroll III, David Goodhue and Chris Decembrele of Colliers Meredith & Grew. The landlord was instrumental in obtaining the required permits and in delivering the premises on time and on budget for the January 2010 opening date. Paramount Partners, LLC is a full service commercial real estate firm located in Braintree, specializing in office, industrial, investment, land and retail real estate throughout New England.
