ALDI opens in 20,000 s/f at WS Development's Stateline Shopping Center
According to WS Development, ALDI has opened at Stateline Shopping Center located on Rte. 28. The 20,000 s/f supermarket is ALDI's first store in the state of New Hampshire.
The opening marks the completion of a redevelopment at the 232,000 s/f center that is also home to Lowe's, Sovereign Bank, and NAMCO.
"ALDI is an ideal addition to the center and the perfect finishing touch to our redevelopment project here in Salem," said David Fleming, corporate marketing director, WS Development. "We're pleased to welcome ALDI to Stateline Shopping Center.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
