Alves of Keller Williams Commercial sells eleven multifamily buildings - $1.5 million

Michael Alves of Keller Williams Commercial has brokered the sale of 11 multifamily buildings totaling 62 units for $1.5 million. The seller was RI rentals, LLC and the buyer was AMBA Capital Group Inc. The lender was Freedom National Bank of Greenville. This system of packaging multifamily properties allows the seller the benefit of selling the properties in one transaction.
