Amodio & Co. Real Estate brokered the $1.1 million sale of a 6,248 s/f restaurant building on 2 acres at 354 Colt Highway. Exclusive listing broker, Amodio & Co. Real Estate represented the sellers, Mary Deperry and John Tuffy. Coldwell Banker represented the buyers, Lazaros Saltourides and Efthymia Saltourides.
The building is located at the intersection of CT Rte. 6 and Fienemann Rd. with close proximity to I-84 via two exits. The property also benefits from its walking distance to Farm Springs Rd. and the new headquarters of UTC, United Technologies Corp.
The property, formerly called The Stonewell restaurant, was the original and well-known Stone Haven. The new owners, who are experienced restaurateurs with corporate experience as well, plan many changes and improvements to the property, which will undergo reconstruction in the coming months according to the buyers. The new restaurant will be called Five Corners Bistro.
