Amper and Marchetti of Capstone Properties lease 4,820 s/f
Neil Amper, SIOR and Lori Marchetti of Capstone Properties have leased 4,820 s/f of office space to Aetna Bridge.
Aetna is relocating from Pawtucket to 100 Jefferson Blvd. Marchetti represented Aetna and Amper represented the owner Spectrum Properties.
