According to Paul Griesinger and Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties, Neil Amper, SIOR has joined the firm as a vice president to direct Capstone's industrial division.
Amper has been a commercial real estate broker for 25 years with Rodman Real Estate, Inc. He is a member of the international commercial real association, The Society of Industrial and Commercial Realtors (SIOR). The organization has members though out the world and membership requires a standard of ethics and sales.
He has represented numerous national, regional and local clients in all phases of commercial real estate and has facilitated over 400 transactions.
Amper has authored a commercial real estate report for Rhode Island that has become a standard for the industry and is widely accepted and quoted. He has also been active in the local community serving on numerous non-profit boards as well as city boards.
He was a big brother for 7 years and served on the Big Brother advisory committee. He is a member of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and a member of The Providence Foundation. He serves on the Cranston Juvenile Review Board and the Cranston Tax Review Board.
