Amper of Capstone Properties leases 10,026 s/f to Men's Warehouse
Neil Amper, SIOR of Capstone Properties and John McDonald of Boylston Realty Advisors have leased 10,026 s/f to Men's Warehouse at 850 Bald Hill Rd.
Men's Warehouse was founded in 1973 and has 1,239 stores. The long-term lease will allow the company to consolidate locations and help facilitate sales growth.
McDonald represented Men's Warehouse and Amper represented the owner Adam Realty Trust.
