Amper of Capstone Properties leases 11,100 s/f
Capstone Properties
West Greenwich, RI Neil Amper, SIOR, of Capstone Properties has leased an 11,100 s/f industrial building to the University of 
Rhode Island at 379 Liberty Lane from Gulfeagle Supply.
The University of Rhode Island needed the building for storage, and Gulfeagle was consolidating operations in the northeast.
