Amper of Capstone Properties leases 9,731 s/f to Coastal Medical: Riggs of Riggs and Gallagher negotiates lease for owner

Neil Amper, SIOR vice president of Capstone Properties has leased 9,731 s/f of office space to Coastal Medical, a multi-office medical group, at 75 Commerce Dr. This represents an expansion of the group's billing operation and their decision was based on the building's central location and onsite parking. The property is owned by Airport Park Properties which owns multi properties in the Warwick area. Doug Riggs of Riggs and Gallagher negotiated the lease for the owner. Riggs and Gallagher are general contractors, developers and also do design-build projects in New England.
