Amper of Capstone Properties sells 80,000 s/f for $3.5 million
Neil Amper, SIOR vice president of Capstone Properties has sold an 80,000 s/f building located at 2 Fox Place, to Omni Properties for $3.5 million. The property was owned by C.J Fox Company who manufactured labels and tags.
The property is within walking distance to downtown. The buyers have begun to convert the building to offices.
Omni Properties owns multiple properties in the area. Amper was the sole broker in the transaction.
