Neil Amper, SIOR vice president of Capstone Properties has been retained to sell the former Building 19 building located at 625 Narragansett Park Dr.
The building is located in the Narragansett Business Park and has 111,821 s/f on 18 acres. The facility was used as a retail store, but could be utilized as a warehouse or manufacturing.
