Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Rodman Real Estate, Inc. has leased 73,320 s/f at 1015 Newman Ave. to Little Kids, Inc. for a period of 5 years.
Little Kids, Inc. is consolidating two locations.
The owner of the building is S&K Realty, LLC.
