Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Rodman Real Estate, Inc., has leased 9,000 s/f located at 40 Sharpe Dr. to Retail Solutions. The property will be a relocation and expansion of the company. The building has been completely renovated by Pontiac Crossings and is 90% leased.
And in Providence, Amper has sold a 17,633 s/f building located at 123 Stewart St. for $455,000. to Children Friend & Service. John Cregan of Paramount Properties represented the buyer.
Amper also leased a 16,000 s/f building located at 780 Washington St., Coventry, to Planet Fitness. Robert Demenski of Charter Realty represented Planet Fitness.
