Angel Commercial leases 1,816 s/f

Brett Sherman, CCIM, senior vice president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., a Fairfield-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the lease of 1,816 s/f at 623 Post Rd. to sweetFrog L.L.C., a Virginia-based frozen yogurt company. 623 Post Rd., marks the second sweetFrog location in Connecticut, the first in Glastonbury. With over 100 sweetFrog stores operating in over 15 states, and 1 international location in South Korea, SweetFrog is one of the fastest growing brands of premium, all natural, self-serve yogurts with plans to open 180 stores within this year alone. Jennifer Gallan and James Leary, owners of sweetFrog in Westport, said, "We are looking forward to becoming part of the Westport community and working with the PTA, Westport schools, senior groups and other communitity organizations."
