Angel Commercial leases 3,000 s/f at Fairfield Shopping Center; Saugatuck Commercial R.E. reps T-Mobile

Fairfield, CT Angel Commercial, LLC said T-Mobile US Inc. has executed a long-term lease for 3,000 s/f of retail space at the Fairfield Shopping Center anchored by Bob’s Stores. T-Mobile will be relocating its store at the Ring’s End Plaza at 1125 Post Rd., to the Fairfield Shopping Center at 837 Post Rd.

Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

With over 109.5 million customers in the USA and a 2021 revenue of $80.1 Billion, T-Mobile US, Inc. provides wireless communications services under the T-Mobile and MetroPCS brands. It offers postpaid and prepaid wireless voice, messaging and data services, and wholesale wireless services. As of May 29, 2022, there were 7,986 T-Mobile locations in the United States.  Founded in 1994, T-Mobile US Inc. has headquarters in Bellevue, WA.

“With abundant parking in a neighborhood shopping center, this is an ideal location for T-Mobile,” said Jon Angel, who represented the landlord, Post Rd. Corp., in this transaction. “The retail store is located at the end-cap previously occupied by M&T Bank.”

Other tenants at the Fairfield Shopping Center include Capitol Photo Interactive, Post Road Dry Cleaners, AR Workshop, and F45 Training Fairfield USA.
