Angel Commercial represents Wilton Pottery in 3,790 s/f lease

Wilton, CT Angel Commercial, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate firm, with senior vice president Eva Kornreich, represented the tenant, Wilton Pottery, in a lease of 3,790 s/f of retail space at Town Green, located at 101 Old Ridgefield Rd.

“Tenants offering experiences and activities are filling the void left by the shrinking need for office space,” said Kornreich. “Businesses like Wilton Pottery enhance the vitality of downtown Wilton by creating destinations that encourage residents and visitors to shop, learn, and spend time in the community.”

Wilton Pottery opened its new studio in June 2026. Founded by ceramic artist and instructor Domingo “Mingo” Olavarria, Wilton Pottery offers pottery classes for adults and children, along with open-studio access and flexible membership options. The studio serves everyone from first-time participants and families to experienced artists seeking to further develop their ceramic skills.
