Fairfield, CT Angel Commercial, LLC has brought both buildings at 226 Kings Hwy. East and 735-737 Villa Ave. to full occupancy. The new tenant, Arisu Anime, known for having New England’s largest anime and manga store, has chosen this location for their expansion.

The newly leased 4,115 s/f space will serve as a home for Arisu Anime’s wide selection of manga titles and authentic Japanese treats and accessories. Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC, was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the tenant and the landlord, 735 Villa Avenue, LLC.

Arisu Anime is the brainchild of entrepreneur Ellie Greenberg and stands alongside her other ventures, including The Cloak and Wand, Alice’s Haunted Little Bookshop, and the renowned Alice in the Village Tea Room. Greenberg’s vision for Arisu Anime is to create an immersive experience that transports customers to Japan, a concept that will resonate with fans and shoppers alike.
