Angel of Angel Commercial leases 18,752 s/f to Jaguar Land Rover

Bridgeport, CT Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial L.L.C., completed the long-term lease of a light industrial property located at 2170 Commerce Dr.  The half-acre site has been leased to British Motor Works LLC operating as Jaguar Land Rover Centre.

In July of 2015, Land Rover of Milford purchased over two acres of industrial land on Commerce Dr. that extended from Fairfield to Bridgeport for a new 18,752 s/f facility that will cater to the sales and service of Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles. “The additional land will complement their planned facility and provide Jaguar Land Rover Centre with a presence on both sides of the street,” said Angel, who represented the landlord in this transaction.

The tenant was represented by Tommy Febbraio of Coldwell Banker.
