ARC, Inc. acquires Wayside Crossing for $3.25 million - sold by Fafard Real Estate

Marlborough, MA Aubuchon Realty Company, Inc. d/b/a as ARC, Inc. based out of Concord, Mass. has acquired Wayside Crossing, an 8,800 s/f retail strip located on Boston Post Rd. East. This strip retail property is shadow anchored by a Target, and currently leased to three long-term tenants.

The property was purchased by ARC for $3.25 million from Fafard Real Estate. This acquisition marks ARC’s second along Boston Post Rd., and will add to their growing retail portfolio.

Consistent with ARC’s multi-faceted acquisition strategy, they will reposition the property through new tenancy and add 7,250 s/f, along with a facade upgrade program of the existing improvements. New tenancy and improvements will start in early 2022.
