Armstrong of Properties Northeast and Baldacci Real Estate Group leases 13,417 s/f to American Eagle Outfitters

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) has completed a lease for 13,417 s/f in a newly constructed addition to The GAP store at 35 Main St. Construction on the addition began in January and the new AEO store is set to open in July. All the spaces have individual elevators and communicating stairways. Marino Inc., the owner of the property, is also renovating the The Lobster Cooker restaurant. The restaurant operates on adjacent property. Marino is adding more landscaped open space with a public sitting area.
