Arpin International Group promotes Terilli to director of operations and administration

West Warwick, RI Arpin International Group has promoted Sarah Terilli to director of operations and administration for its corporate international and domestic service divisions.

Terilli joined Arpin in 2001 and has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility throughout her career in the household goods moving and storage industry. In her new role, she oversees daily operations, international supply chain management, global account support, and service team performance to ensure exceptional transfer experiences. She also supports Arpin’s IT Development team, helping drive productivity, streamline operations, and enhance customer service.

“Sarah’s promotion is very well deserved. With nearly 25 years at Arpin, she brings deep operational knowledge and a leadership style that is both collaborative and hands-on,” said Kevin Amatucci, vice president of Arpin International Group. “She has a genuine ability to bring people together, mentor others, and build strong relationships with clients and partners, which makes her a great fit for this role. I’m truly excited to work side by side with her and to see her continue to grow and make an impact.”

Terilli is known for her deep knowledge of the relocation process, attention to detail, and proactive, collaborative management style. She has built strong relationships with supplier partners in the U.S. and abroad and is recognized for her ability to work effectively with both clients and partners.

She holds FIDI certification in the Foundations of International Moving and an associate degree in general business from the Community College of Rhode Island.
