Guilford, CT According to Ascend Bank, Susan Andros has joined the company as executive vice president, chief risk officer (CRO) and a member of the bank’s executive leadership team.
Reporting to the CEO, Andros will oversee Ascend Bank’s enterprise risk framework, guiding operations within the bank’s risk appetite and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In this capacity, she will be responsible for significant drivers of bank risk, including credit risk, operational risk, compliance, and strategic risk – partnering across business lines to support sustainable growth and a strong risk culture.
