Atlantic Commercial Real Estate completes lease of 1,500 s/f retail space

Randolph, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC completed a 1,500 s/f lease at 69 N Main St. to Stadium Brand, LLC. The execution of this lease gives Stadiumofficial.com its first “brick and mortar” retail store to accompany its online business. Stadium Brand, LLC joins Bank of Canton and Red Rose Food Mart to keep the retail plaza at 100% occupancy. 

Stadiumofficial.com is an online retail clothing company. The owners all grew up in town and are excited that Stadium Brand, LLC’s premiere retail location is in the heart of their hometown.

Bryan Glennon of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented landlord, and procured tenant Stadium Brand, LLC.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
