Atlantic Retail leases 2,400 s/f to Chipotle

West Springfield, MA Chipotle Mexican Grill will be opening a free-standing, 2,400 s/f restaurant early 2017. Liz Rappaport, manager of Century Center said, “We broke ground in September and are very excited to add Chipotle to the tenant mix. Their fresh ingredients and continued dedication to serve food with integrity will be a great addition to TJ Maxx, Bob’s Discount Furniture, CVS, Big Y and the other stores.”

Steve Menty and Jim Bagley of Atlantic Retail Properties represented Century Center and Chipotle respectively.

Chipotle is just one of the many new improvements to Memorial Ave. and the surrounding area including a brand new Fathers and Sons Audi and Volkswagen dealership, redesigned and updated McDonalds, the construction of a new Florence bank and the $950 million MGM Casino being built less than a mile away.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
