Avison Young leases 3,454 s/f to Sleepy's
Avison Young represented landlord Transatlantic Investment Management, Inc.(Transatlantic) in a 3,454 s/f retail lease with Sleepy's, the Mattress Professionals, at 151 Merrimac St.
Avison Young principal Karyn McFarland represented Transatlantic and will continue to serve as the building's exclusive leasing representative. Peter Lyons of the Dartmouth Co. represented Sleepy's in the transaction. The retail location is slated to open this spring.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
