Portland, ME Robert Baldacci and Anthony Armstrong have joined SVN-The Urbanek Group as commercial real estate advisor/brokers. 

Baldacci and Armstrong have been the principals of the Baldacci Real Estate Group for the past 5 years and had been looking for a national franchise to tie in with. 

Baldacci has been involved in commercial real estate and structuring public/private partnerships in Maine for over 30 years.  He also was vice president for development for Ocean Properties Limited. In addition, he was the founding chairman of the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) and a member of the board of directors of Community Housing of Maine.

Armstrong has been involved in commercial real estate and mortgage financing for 30 years.  Armstrong is licensed as a real estate broker in Maine and Massachusetts, and a licensed attorney in both states.   He also is a former member of the board of directors of FAME.
