Baldwin Pearson & Co. closes $3.1 million sale of 1876 Black Rock Turnpike

Fairfield, CT The commercial real estate firm of Baldwin Pearson & Co., Inc., completed the sale of 1876 Black Rock Tpke. for $3.1 million.

George Shawah Jr., represented the seller, Miro 1876 Associates, LLC, while Barry Jacobson of Joseph P. Day Realty, represented the buyer.

The 7,000 s/f retail building was formerly occupied by Citibank.  The new owner has lease commitments from Granola Bar (a local restaurant) and The Pet Pantry.  Baldwin Pearson & Co. Inc., is a full-service commercial real estate firm providing brokerage, appraisal, and management services for over 65 years.
