According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, 20-28 Scott St. was recently sold to Sammadian LLC. It is a 7,000 s/f commercial building suitable for office/retail. Phil Barber and Joel Galvin of H. Pearce Commercial represented the sellers, members of the Cattaruzza family. Rocco Compitello represented the buyer.
