Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors brokers $2.2 million sale
934-948 Great Plain Ave. recently sold for $2.2 million. John F. Malone Realty Trust sold the property to 934-948 Great Plain Avenue Realty Trust which is managed by First Cambridge Realty Corporation of Cambridge.
Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors was the sole broker in the transaction.
934-948 Great Plain Ave. is a single story, 8,213 s/f building located in Needham Center.
