Rick Barnes of Sea Watch Realty, Inc. brokered the 8,049 s/f lease transaction between Fresenius Medical Care and Bank Plaza, LLC at 700 Pleasant St. Bank Plaza (also known as Bank of America Plaza) is owned by local developer Whelan Associates, LLC.
