The seller was Brunswick II Limited Partnership. The buyer was Link Commercial Properties, LLC.
The building is comprised of 6,000 s/f of newly renovated office space and 32,400 s/f of warehouse space.
The property, built in 1988 and zoned M-2, is located on a 4.81 acre site off of Rte. 37, near I-95 and I-295.
