The seller was W.K.T. Corp. and the buyer was MTA Realty and Investment LLC.

The commercial general zoned building offers showroom space, 3,000 s/f of office space, a mezzanine area and warehouse space with 16' clear ceiling height, 3 drive-in and 1 interior dock-height doors.
