Tom Barry of CB Richard Ellis sold 115 Broadcommon Rd. for Servco Inc. to Rholen North LLC., a subsidiary of Bristol Marine Holdings (BMH), LLC. The sale price was $1.75 million.
The 45,560 s/f industrial building is situated on 2.82 acres in the Bristol Industrial Park. The property, constructed in 2007, has 30 foot ceilings, 6 loading doors, is located in an Enterprise Zone and has access to Rtes. 114 and 136.
The facility will accommodate new and growing businesses in the marine trades industries.
"The impacts that this acquisition will have on the local economy will be immediate," said Nick King, vice president of BMH. "An international composite engineering and manufacturing company will the the initial anchor tenant and will provide over a dozen new jobs in the state. Additionally, other marine companies will be expanding into space in this building."
Established in 1998, BMH owns and operates, through subsidiaries, over 30 acres of real estate in Bristol, occupied by over 40 businesses, which employ over 300 people.
