* Insurance Here of ME has leased 638 s/f. Baumann represented Dead River and the tenant was represented by Nate Stevens, also of CBRE/Boulos.
* Regency Mortgage has leased 2,394 s/f. Baumann represented the landlord. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the tenant.
