Baybutt Const. and Warnick Assoc. adding 5,300 s/f to Keene church

Baybutt Construction is the general contractor expanding and renovating the Keene Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The project involves sitework to include an expanded parking lot with turnaround and landscaping, new handicapped accessible sidewalks/ramps and new fencing around perimeter and storage. The 5,300 s/f addition will provide ADA compliant bathrooms, offices and meeting rooms, full-service kitchen as well as a new multi-purpose gymnasium for basketball, volleyball, etc. Extensive renovations will also be done to address new entry vestibules, mechanical system upgrades, new flooring and finishes, renovated restroom area, church pew upholstery and miscellaneous renovations to existing spaces. The architectural firm is Warnick Associates, Inc. of Salem. Baybutt is underway on this $1.7 million project, which is scheduled to be completed this June.
