Bedford Design buys 6,500 s/f office/industrial building in Manchester

Manchester, NH Bedford Design Consultants, Inc. (BDC) has purchased a 6,500 s/f office building located at 592 Harvey Rd. It is situated east of the Manchester Airport, in an industrial zone. Ronald Fredette of Keller Williams was instrumental in the purchase of the property. The sale price was not disclosed. 

Robert Baskerville, owner, said, “The new location will allow BDC to grow. We have seen an increased demand in workload in recent years.” 

592 Harvey Rd. has ample space for expansion of the existing business. Bedford Design is a land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture firm that serves Southern New Hampshire and New England.
