Belter joins TFMoran as civil eng. project mgr.

Mark Belter, PE recently joined the staff of TFMoran Inc. serving as a civil engineering project manager. Belter brings over 17 years of experience in civil engineering and construction management including site design for commercial and residential developments, design of storm water management systems, site grading, utilities, septic systems, and roadways. Belter is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Jacksonville University. Prior to joining TFM, Belter was employed by Pro Con Inc. and Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc.
