Bennett, R.E. Brokerage completes sale and secures lease for 2,600 s/f
Robert Bennett of Bennett, R. E. Brokerage has brokered the sale of the business and secured the lease of 967 Elm St., located in heart of downtown. The 2,600 s/f retail restaurant space was occupied by Randy Huff, as well as his well-known staff Kim, Rachel, Bobby and Lulu.
Rakesh Kumar of Bangor Maine has been seeking out for the ideal space to open his next Indian Cuisine restaurant; with just weeks to go the new Taj India will open its doors.
