Bennett Real Estate Brokerage and Norton Asset Managment co-broker $1.15 million sale

Bennett Real Estate Brokerage and Norton Asset Management have completed the $1.15 million sale of the BJ's Motors building at 86 South Willow St. The .78 acre site consists of an assemblage of 5-lots with residential and commercial uses. A consolidation of the properties has been made to construct a bank. The property will become the site of Northway Bank originated in Berlin, NH, and expanding to southern NH. The new location will provide retail depository and commercial banking, with drive-thru services. Bill Norton represented the buyer, Northway Bank in the transaction, and Bob Bennett represented the seller, the Byrne Revocable Trust.
